BRANCHED AMINO ACIDS (English acronym BCAA) are a group of three essential amino acids,
respectively called L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Branched-chain amino acids are used: As
an ergogenic (external) aid before sports performance; As an anticatabolic remedy (protein
preservation); As a useful supplement to reduce muscle damage and muscle fatigue induced by
intense exercise in order to accelerate recovery time and optimize muscle growth.
L-LEUCINE, L-ISOLEUCINE and VALINE are essential amino acids because the human body, not
being able to synthesize it, needs its constant contribution through diet. LEUCINE is important for
muscle growth and endurance, stimulates protein synthesis and supports metabolism in fasting periods.

INDICATIONS: Branched-chain amino acids are useful in the integration of the sportsman's diet. Do
not exceed the recommended dose.
INGREDIENTS: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; charge agent; Maltodextrins from corn,
microcrystalline cellulose; Anti-caking agents: Magnesium stearate, colloidal silica; Vitamin B6.
RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended to take 5 tablets a day.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements are not intended as a
substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of
